Holiday Gift Return Policy:
Any holiday gift purchased between November 1, 2021, through December 24, 2021, can be returned for any reason for a refund of the purchase price, minus the P&H until January 31, 2022. Our policy only applies to purchases made through our Informercials, direct marketing advertisements and our websites. Sales completed through non-authorized sellers are not covered by any Tristar Return policy.
Holiday Retail Purchase:
Any item (s) purchased at an authorized retail establishment should be returned to the retail store where the product was originally purchased. Please see the store’s return policy for details. We are unable to assist returns or replacements without proof of purchase.
