How can I make my air-fried food crispy and prevent it from becoming soggy?
When air frying food, shake or flip your food occasionally during the cooking process to help ensure even cooking. You can also cook food on the Air Fry Rack with the Air Fry Rack flipped so that the food is placed closer to the top of the appliance. In addition, some food might need additional cooking time; simply add a few minutes to the cooking time if food is not crispy enough.

When air frying frozen food, shake off any ice on the food before air frying. In addition, you can defrost frozen food first before air frying.

NOTE: Only use the Air Fry Rack with the Air Fry or Bake functions. Do not use the Air Fry Rack with the Microwave function.

Why does the wire rack accessory have feet on each side?
The Air Fry Rack (wire rack) can be flipped so that food can be placed closer to or farther away from the heating element on the top of the appliance. The wire rack should be used in the taller configuration when air frying to get crispy cooked food. When baking, the wire rack should be used in the lower configuration to cook food farther away from the heating element.

NOTE: Only use the Air Fry Rack with the Air Fry or Bake functions. Do not use the Air Fry Rack with the Microwave function.

How do you start microwaving and adjust the time?
First, ensure there are no metal accessories in the microwave. To quick-start, the microwave, press the Control Knob and the cycle will begin. Pressing the Control Knob will add 30 seconds to the cooking time each time you press the Control Knob.

Press the Microwave button, turn the Control Knob to adjust the power level, and press the Control Knob to confirm the setting. The cooking time will be displayed, and you can turn the Control Knob to adjust the cooking time. Press the Control Knob to confirm the setting and start the cooking cycle.

You can press the Control Knob at any time during the cooking process to add 30 seconds to the cooking time.

Why did my microwave have a slight burning smell the first time I used the Air Fryer or Bake function?
The factory that manufactures the appliance coats the heating elements with oil to prevent oxidation during the shipping period. Before cooking food in this appliance for the first time, you should preheat the appliance by operating the “Air Fry” function for at least 3 minutes to allow the manufacturer’s protective coating of oil to burn off.

What does the “power” setting refer to?
The power setting refers to the amount of power you want your microwave to use during its cooking cycle. The power setting can be adjusted from 10% to 100%. See the “Microwave Function” section of the instruction book for details.

How do I know if the microwave is in the Microwave setting, Air Fry Setting, or Bake setting?
The icons on the control panel will show which cooking function is currently in use. By pressing the Microwave, Air Fryer, or Bake button, you are engaging the corresponding setting. The icon will light up on the control panel, and the presets will light up so you can scroll through the list of presets for each function.

What is the difference between Microwave and Air Frying?
If you prefer to brown your food rather than just cook it all the way through, then air frying might be better for cooking your food. Microwaves simply cook the food straight through; they don’t brown or broil food like an oven that uses a more traditional heating method. A microwave uses waves of radiation to heat the moisture in your food, which ultimately cooks it, whereas a convection oven (also known as an air fryer) heats the food by circulating heat around the oven cavity via a fan.

My turntable does not turn. How do I fix the turntable?
Ensure the turntable is centered and seated properly. There is a shaft protruding through the floor of the appliance. Make sure the turntable is securely fastened to this shaft.

What does the chart on the inside of the appliance’s door mean?
When the door of the appliance is opened, you will see a compact version of the appliance’s programming charts that shows the name of the function, the code that is displayed on the Control Panel when the function is selected, and the weights of the foods that are cooked with each function.

What do the codes displayed on the appliance’s control panel mean? The codes refer to different cooking presets. C1–C6 refers to microwave presets, A01–A13 refers to air frying presets, and DEF1–DEF6 refers to defrost settings. Refer to the chart posted in the appliance’s door frame or see the “Programming” section in the instruction book for more information.

Can I mute the beeping noise?
You cannot mute this model.

Will the appliance work with 220 voltage or convertor?
“The appliance will not work with a 220-volt power supply and should not be used with a converter. Using with a converter could damage the appliance, the converter, and the outlet. Using a converter will invalidate the guarantee and any protection plan policy.”
